Luxury Handmade Boxed Cards FAQ's
How long do they take to be dispatched?
As these cards are 100% handmade, they can take up to a week to be dispatched. Please allow enough time for them to be made.
Can I collect from you
Yes. We are open Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm for collection from our Studio.
I need a card quickly, can you help?
Unfortunately, our boxed cards are made entirely by hand and therefore cannot be made on a rush order basis.
The card I want is sold out, when will you get more stock?
Our Luxury Boxed Cards are made in limited batches of 30 per month. Therefore once a design is out of stock, it will not be back in stock until the beginning of the next month.
You can sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of our Home Page and we will email once the cards are back in stock.
Can I have a custom Sentiment?
This depends on the sentiment wanting to be used. Please contact us here if you want to enquire about something custom
Do you offer any other colours?
Unfortunately, no. The three colours we offer are the only three we offer currently. We do however offer a different colours at Christmas and Valentines.
Can I post them to the recipient?
Yes, they are safe to ship to a recipient once you have received the card. They are classed as a small parcel due to their depth so please check shipping costs.
Can you print inside for me?
Yes. This is an optional request on each card, but we offer this service free of charge.
Do they come in a box?
They do. Our cards come in a white box that is approx. 5cm deep. The box is undecorated.
